Software – Each Farm and Farmer are unique. We first process the grower’s historical operation performance and ROI broken down by field and acre and enter all into our software systems to determine each field’s problem areas and limiting factors. We then work with the grower to solve the limiting factors holding each acre back from its potential. We combine the input cost with the total operation cost including cost of living expenses which is usually overlooked by the average operator.

Inputs - Next, we maximize and leverage the software in the first phase by implementing the most cost-effective methods and best proven input products and processes on the market today also utilizing existing resources and enhancing their effectiveness. Our goal is to lower cost and increase production. These products are used by the country’s most forward-thinking successful producers and are most generally not what is locally available through typical input suppliers.

Insurance - Once an input plan is developed, we then analyze the risk management needs of the operation with state-of-the-art software and systems. We look very close at crop insurance as well as property and casualty insurance to optimize risk management for the entire operation. Our goal is to achieve the best risk management at the most affordable cost.

Marketing - Finally, we put together a marketing plan that uses the latest in risk management software and programs to put forth a solid, conservative plan to ensure operation cost, living expenses and return on investment to make the operation sustainable.
